May the Scales Fall Off Our Eyes

A Novel of Two Worlds. 19 chapters, 16,302 words, free from the first page to the last.

The cover of May the Scales Fall Off Our Eyes

A man sits at his computer at one o’clock in the morning, stubborn, tired, and angry about what he sees happening to his country. Then he is somewhere else, and someone he calls the Teacher begins showing him what was, and what could be.

Two different chapters are both numbered Four. Ron wrote the three parts above on August 3 and The First World on August 5, and labelled both “Chapter Four”. His own labels are kept here rather than renumbering his book on a guess — he will say which is which.
Chapter Seven and Chapter Eight are not written yet. The chapters above are everything that exists. The gap is left visible on purpose rather than closed by renumbering what is here.
