three parts above on August 3 and The First World on August 5, and
labelled both “Chapter Four”. His own labels are kept here rather than
renumbering his book on a guess — he will say which is which.
Chapter Seven and Chapter Eight are not written yet.
The chapters above are everything that exists. The gap is left visible on purpose
rather than closed by renumbering what is here.
